Financial Clarity & Course Enrollment
We believe in transparent transactions. When you register for a course at Blue Crossing Language School, you are entering into a formal agreement governed by Turkish educational regulations and our internal quality standards.

Placement Accuracy
Students must provide truthful information regarding their current proficiency levels. We reserve the right to reassign students to appropriate levels based on our initial assessment results to ensure the group's learning velocity remains optimal.
Payment Obligations
Course fees must be settled in full prior to the start of the term unless a modular payment plan has been formally approved. Failure to meet financial obligations may result in temporary suspension of access to digital materials and physical classrooms.
Cancellation Window
Refund requests are processed according to our tiering system: 100% refund up to 14 days before start; 50% within 7 days. Once a course commences, fees are generally non-refundable except in documented cases of force majeure.
Digital Asset Access
Enrollment grants a personal, non-exclusive license to use our proprietary learning portal. This access is tied to the individual student and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties under any circumstances.

Our terms ensure a sanctuary for linguistic growth, free from disruption and built on mutual respect.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive language targeting students or instructors is grounds for immediate expulsion without refund. We maintain a professional atmosphere across all Istanbul campuses and digital forums.
Academic Punctuality
Respecting our instructors' time is paramount. Consistent late arrivals or unexcused absences disrupt the flow of the curriculum. Blue Crossing Academy reserves the right to issue warnings for behavior that negatively impacts the collective experience.
Material Preservation
Students are responsible for the well-being of school resources, including library books, hardware, and digital equipment. Intentional damage or misuse of Academy property will result in replacement billing and potential disciplinary action.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement regarding student conduct or service delivery, we prioritize mediation. Students are encouraged to contact our administration at info@bluecrossing.site to resolve issues before escalating to legal avenues.
Internal Review: Issues are reviewed within 48 business hours by the Academic Director.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Safeguarding Curricular Innovation
The "Blue Crossing Method" and all associated curriculum materials—including but not limited to syllabi, custom worksheets, audio-visual recordings, and proprietary testing software—are the sole intellectual property of Blue Crossing Academy.
- Recording online or in-person sessions without explicit written consent from the instructor and the Academy.
- Uploading internal documentation to public "course hero-style" repositories or file-sharing platforms.
- Utilizing our brand name, logo, or reputation for unauthorized commercial purposes or personal endorsements.
Notice of Violation
Unauthorized reproduction of our pedagogical frameworks will result in immediate termination of the user account and may lead to legal action for intellectual property infringement. We take the protection of our teachers' hard work seriously.
Liability Boundaries
Service Interruptions
While we strive for 99.9% uptime of our digital portals, Blue Crossing Academy is not liable for temporary technical outages caused by third-party hosting providers or local ISP failures in our Istanbul classrooms. We will provide make-up sessions or alternative materials in the event of prolonged school-side downtime.
Learning Outcomes
Language acquisition depends heavily on individual effort and consistency. While we guarantee high-quality instruction and verified CEFR-aligned curricula, the Academy does not guarantee specific exam results or fluency milestones within a fixed period, as external variables play a significant role.
Official Notice
These terms (last updated: February 11, 2026) supersede any prior oral or written agreements regarding the Blue Crossing Language School services.
